What counts as a recording?
One recording is a single workflow you capture — from the moment you hit record until you stop and name it. Analyzing it, exporting it to any number of platforms, and re-exporting later all count as the same one recording.
Do paid plans unlock more features?
No — and that's deliberate. Every plan, including Free, gets full AI analysis and every export format: Claude, Workato, Make, Zapier, n8n, and the PDF guide. Paid plans give you a higher monthly recording limit, priority support, and — on Ultra — early access to new features.
What happens when I hit my limit?
Spion lets you know you've reached your monthly recordings and invites you to upgrade. Your saved workflows stay fully accessible — you can still re-export anything you've already captured. The counter resets on the first of each month.
Is my data private?
Your recordings and saved workflows live in your browser. Spion sends the captured steps for AI analysis to generate your suggested workflow, and nothing is stored on a server afterward. No accounts, no tracking beyond what's needed to run the analysis.
